Shashi Bhushan Sinha, born in 1957 in Patna, Bihar, is a distinguished scholar, civil servant, and writer whose work reflects deep insight into culture, governance, and human values. An alumnus of Patna University and Punjab University, he also holds an MDPA from the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), New Delhi, along with professional training from ENA, Paris, and GTC, London.
Having served the Central Government of India for over three decades, Mr. Sinha’s administrative experience has greatly influenced his analytical and creative writing style. Even after retirement, he continues to contribute as a consultant and intellectual voice in public discourse.
