Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Yadaorao Poshattiwar Arts College, Talodhi (Maharashtra), he has published extensively in national and international journals, including Scopus-indexed and UGC Care-listed publications. His scholarly pursuits include contributing to edited book volumes and participating in various institutional committees. Dr. Shende is also actively involved in book writing and patent design projects and is frequently invited as a resource person for workshops and academic programs.
Dr. Sanjay Kisan Chavhan is an accomplished Assistant Professor of Sociology at the same institution, with more than 15 years of undergraduate and 6 years of postgraduate teaching experience. He holds NET, SET, M.Phil., and Ph.D. qualifications in Sociology. Dr. Chavhan specializes in Research Methodology and has a deep academic interest in tribal studies, rural development, marginalized communities, and cooperative management. His practical experience includes working as a Research Investigator during the Maharashtra Assembly Elections in 2004.
