The Literature Times: What encourages you to become an Author?

Author: I have always been a thinking person and a teacher also who is full of emotion. Many thoughts and emotions inside my heart , I think, are based on reasons and valuable for human being. These thoughts and emotions always provoke me to express myself.

The Literature Times: What are your favorite topics of writing? Please tell us something about your interest areas in the literature.

Author: I’m mainly a hindi poet. My writing subjects are devotion, love, humanity and patriotism.

The Literature Times: We were hoping you could tell us about some of those writers who had inspired you and whom you follow!

Author: Pant, Maithili sharan Gupt, Tulsidas, Kumar visvash and many others.

The Literature Times: The titles seem different and catchy; how you decided it? Please let us know the story behind it.

Author: Actually Grama is the main heroine of my poetry book and the whole story is based on village (gram). The word also consist a sound of “Rama” in itself. Rama means lord Rama. My devotion towards lord Rama is also expressed this way in this book. For all these reasons I decided the title Grama.

The Literature Times: What are your achievements so far? Tell us something about your writing career.

Author: Not much. I’m satisfied with my teacher life of Kendriya Vidyalaya. Actually I have written many poems but this one is my first publication.

The Literature Times: What is your current goal in writing a career? How do you see your future in writing?

Author: Want to be next Kumar wishvas, hopefully. Yes I have a dream to be well read and renowned poet. May goddess Saraswati bless with devime ability of writing best of poems.

The Literature Times: Are there any other books being worked by you? Please let us know about your future projects.

Author: Yes, A short form of Rmayana in hindi poetry.  It’s a big task, haven’t started yet.

The Literature Times: How you see Indian writing in the 21st century? What changes do you see in the modern way of writing? Do you feel it has been changed by the time?

Author: Yes..mainly the theme, metere and taste of poetry of people has changed. I think in today’s word poetry is not only for reading but more for listning. The world is changing so the poet and poetry. My poem is kind of old poems but yet some fresh expressions have been made.

The Literature Times: How easy/ difficult it was for you to publish your book? What message would you like to give to budding authors?
