It is indeed satisfying to see the kind of steps that the current government sitting in New Delhi is taking with respect to the protection of the National Interests of our nation. Well, the Modi Government in India is known for working in the direction of safeguarding & restoration of the Indian Culture & Heritage and that is the major reason why the government enjoys the undisputable support & trust by the citizens. Recently, the Modi Government has taken another truly vital step that once again will show how the current government is making efforts to preserve the values of the Indian Culture & Heritage. Honourable Home Minister, Shri Amit Shah has made an announcement where he mentioned that the Modi Government is going to take certain much-required steps in order to secure the knowledge of India’s Ancient Texts & Books using technology!

Well, the various Vedic Scholars, numerous cultural groups as well as several youths have very warmly welcomed this announcement by the HM Shri Amit Shah. It is beautiful to see how the current government understands the importance of preserving our ancient roots & values that has been the reason behind our existence for thousands & thousands of years. The good thing is that the Modi Government has never compromised with the development of the nation too and hence the government follows an approach where the modernisation as well as the cultural development has been carried out side by side.

One does not require giving up their cultural values in the process of adopting a modern lifestyle as both can be followed simultaneously. The knowledge of the ancient Indian texts, manuscripts and the various books are as much valuable to us as any of the modern-day science books. It is such a huge relief that after so many years of the independence there is a government sitting in New Delhi that is making efforts to preserve our incredibly valuable ancient knowledge by using the modern era technologies. The pure intentions of the government is visible, as the honourable HM Shri Amit Shah stated in an event that, “the Narendra Modi administration is using technology to preserve the information found in India’s ancient books and manuscripts for the future!”

This valuable statement was made by the HM at the event of unveiling the Kala Vaibhav Virtual Museum and the Vedic Legacy Portal, which are both created by the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts. (IGNCA). In addition HM also tweeted that, “With this, the younger generation will be able to carry forward the knowledge and tradition of Vedas and Upanishads.” According to the honourable Home Minister, Shri Amit Shah the Kala Vaibhav Virtual Museum, which is based on 64 different arts will help people from around the globe to learn more about Indian music, drama, painting and architecture as well as the country’s rich history & illustrious culture. Among the attendees, the Union Minister of Tourism & Culture, Shri G Kishan Reddy was also present.

In conclusion, with the Modi Government’s decision of securing knowledge of India’s Ancient Texts & Books using technology, we can learn to live a modern life without ever making compromises over our cultural values. A step like this carries the full potential to create a positive impact towards the rich heritage of the Ancient India. We need to have the knowledge & the values that our ancient texts & books teaches us as much as we need to have the knowledge of the modern-day science books!
