Author’s Background: The Author, Aman Talwar was previously a corporate professional, while now she is a budding poetess. Writing was always her passion and she decided to explore it in the form of her poetic skills. She believes that her skills have been inculcated from her mother. Her poems revolves around life and it’s various aspects in the form of sentiments, emotions, basically a strong bonding towards relationships. She desires that this may be inculcated in one and all, striving for togetherness in this fast moving world.

Neel Preet: Firstly, Big Congratulations on your book, “Weaving Emotions!” What responses are you getting from this book of yours? Please share your experience about this book.
Aman Talwar: Thank you so much. For an author, it’s their readers acknowledgement that matters the most, and I am fortunate enough to have received their appreciation towards my poetic expression. The journey of writing this book has been very satisfying for me as it gave me an outlet to share my thoughts about the varied emotions & relationships with my readers.
Neel Preet: Your book isa wonderful collection of “Emotional & Inspirational Poems” so what inspired you to write these poems?
Aman Talwar: My inspiration is well found in my mother. It’s her outlook towards life that has given me a better understanding of the bigger picture when it comes to gauging the significance of bonding in today’s fast paced world.
Neel Preet: You’ve given a very interesting title to your book, which is very catchy too so, what made you go for this title for your book?
Aman Talwar: Since the theme of my poems revolves around sentiments & the way it’s intertwined with the different aspects of life, is what gave way to the idea of presenting the book in front of the world by the name of ‘Weaving Emotions.’ I hoped that the title would try & establish an immediate connect with the readers.
Neel Preet: What was your mind-set, while working on this book? What was the impetus behind this work of yours?
Aman Talwar: I feel in the present time, where everything has become so fast paced that the emotional connect between people is taking a backseat. Somewhere down the line, unknowingly we have started giving the materialistic aspects a lot of importance. Amidst this chaos, it’s the human relations that are losing its value, whereas these are the essence of one’s life.
Neel Preet: Very few Authors are coming out with ‘Poetry Collections’ these days however you did so, which I believe is a bold step. So, why did you choose Poetry and not something else?
Aman Talwar: Poetry let’s us celebrate the expression of words carved in poetic masterpieces that captivate millions of hearts. So, there could not have been a better way to express my thoughts than use the poetic symbolism.
Neel Preet: While reading your book, I found that your poems had some really strong emotions and stories inside them, which had greatly impressed me and thus I would like you to explain the overall theme of your book!
Aman Talwar: My book strongly lays an emphasis on the bonding among kinship. It strives to share a message that focusing on one’s emotional journey is as important as working towards the path of material success. Maybe if we begin to look at the depth of things, we would realise the strength of emotional bonding is the greatest asset one can acquire.
Neel Preet: Your writing seemed to be impeccable and you were bold with your poems in your book, which I really appreciate. Therefore, I want you to tell us about some of those writers, who had inspired you and whom you follow!
Aman Talwar: As I said that my biggest inspiration is my mother. It’s her fine linguistic skills & the love for writing heart touching poetry what further helped me in discovering & shaping my writing prowess. I also am an ardent follower of Jane Austen’s work. Her stories have the power of transporting the readers into a completely different world, where one begins to identify with the characters and understand their perspective.
Neel Preet: Is there any message which you would like to convey to your readers? Or any piece of advice, which you would like to give to the readers out there!
Aman Talwar: I would just like to say that it’s really important to treasure one’s valued relations, because it is their presence in our lives which helps us sail through this beautiful voyage of life.
Neel Preet: Are there any other books being worked by you? Please let us know about your future projects.
Aman Talwar: Yes, I am currently working on one, but it’s in a very early stage. So let a mysterious aura remain around it for the moment. But I just strive to put in my best efforts to create such a piece of work which is liked by one & all & continues to establish a connect with my readers because that is what a author ultimately seeks.
