About the Authors: Mr. Rameshwar M. Ardad, (M. Pharm) – He is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Dr. Shivajirao Kadam College of pharmacy Kasabe Digraj, Sangli. He has completed B Pharm from Govt. College of Pharmacy, Karad in 2010, M Pharm in Quality assurance specialization at Appasaheb Birnale College of Pharmacy Sangli in 2012 and PhD pursuing from the School of Pharmacy, Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded under the guidance of Dr. Shashikant C. Dhawale Sir.

Dr. Shashikant C Dhawale, (M Pharm PhD, DIM) – Professor Shashikant Dhawale is a former Director, School of Pharmacy, Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded. He is currently working as a Professor at the School of Pharmacy. He has over 27 years of teaching experience. He has earlier worked at Gov. College of Pharmacy Karad and Aurangabad as an Assistant Professor and Principal at Anuradha Collge of Pharmacy Chikhli, Buldana.

Dr. Arehalli S. Manjappa, (M. Pharm PhD) – He is presently working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmaceutics at SWVSMs Tatyasaheb Kore College of Pharmacy, Warananagar, District Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. He has 15 years of academic, research, and administrative experience. He is an approved PG and PhD research guide of Shivaji University Kolhapur. He has guided more than 40 PG students and 6 students are pursuing their PhD under his guidance. He has 2 Indian Patents published.

Dr. Pankaj A. Jadhav, (M. Pharm PhD) – He is working as an Assistant Professor at Dr. Shivajirao Kadam College of Pharmacy, Kasabe Digraj, Sangli. He has experience of undergraduate and postgraduate teacher in pharmacy for 12 years. He has published 04 books. He has published 25 papers in national and international reputed journals. He is a life member of Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council and Association of Pharmacy Teachers of India.
