Dr. Archana Gharge (Patil), the first author, is a renowned academician and clinician. She completed her B.A.M.S. from K.G.M.P. Ayurvedic Medical College, Charni Road, Mumbai, and earned her M.D. in Kayachikitsa from R.A. Podar Government Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Worli, Mumbai. She holds a Ph.D. in Rognidan and Vikruti Vigyan from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik. With 23 years of experience in Ayurvedic education and clinical expertise, she has served in reputed institutions such as K.D.C. Ayurveda College, Nallasopara, and is currently a Professor at Dr. G.D. Pol Foundation Y.M.T. Ayurvedic Medical College. As a postgraduate and Ph.D. guide, she has published numerous research papers in peer-reviewed journals and continues to contribute significantly to the academic community.

Dr. Archana Arun Kulkarni, co-author of this book, has also carved a notable path in Ayurvedic education. She completed her B.A.M.S. from R.T. Ayurveda College, Akola, and earned her M.D. from Government Ayurveda College, Nanded. A Ph.D. scholar from Tilak Ayurveda College, Pune, she has held key teaching roles at prestigious institutions, including Shri Saptashrungi Ayurveda College, Nashik, and Bharatiya Sanskriti Darshan Trust Ayurveda College, Wagholi, Pune. Currently, she serves as a Professor and Postgraduate Guide, and has actively contributed scholarly articles to national and international Ayurvedic publications.
