R.S. Saiprassath Talks about His Book titled 104 Bedtime Interesting Moral Stories for Kids

R.S. Saiprassath lives in India with his parents. He is a Grade 5 student who is interested in reading books, and his dream is to publish a book on his own for kids, which help children to overcome adversities by inculcating strong values and self-belief. He loves to travel and explore more places around the world, apart from reading, writing books and creating art. His dream turns into reality when his first book “104 Bedtime Interesting Moral Stories for Kids” gets published with the help of his parents.

The Literature Times: Welcome to The Literature Times, author. Congratulations on the release of your book. What responses are you getting from your readers? Please share your experience with this book.

Author: Thank you so much for this interview and wishes. As a young author, I got positive response and appreciation from readers which motivates me to write more books for kids. As it is my first book gets published , my dream turns into reality and i am excited to see the feedback from readers.

The Literature Times: What encourages you to become an Author?

Author: I am always interested in reading books and writing some small stories on my own. Based on this experience, i thought to publish my book on my own for kids to instill moral values. Finally, i achieved the same with the help of my parents.

The Literature Times: What are your favorite topics of writing? Please tell us something about your interest areas in the literature.

Author: I am interested in writing some moral/thrilling/adventurous stories for kids which motivates them to stay afloat during challenges and helps them to build literacy skills along with laying strong moral foundation.

The Literature Times: We were hoping you could tell us about some of those writers who had inspired you and whom you follow!

Author: I am inspired with literatures of Ruskin Bond, J.K. Rowling and Roald Dahl which motivates me to write stories on my own.

The Literature Times: The titles seem different and catchy; how you decided it? Please let us know the story behind it.

Author: I decided titles with animals, birds and creatures which attracts kids and also makes interest to them to read more stories with their imagination.

The Literature Times: What are your achievements so far? Tell us something about your writing career.

Author: As i am grade 5 students, I published my book at this young age is the achievement for me which motivates me to publish more books especially for kids.

The Literature Times: What is your current goal in writing a career? How do you see your future in writing?

Author: My Current Goal is to publish next book and i see my future as a famous author.

The Literature Times: Are there any other books being worked by you? Please let us know about your future projects.

Author: No I am planning to release more books for kids similar to my first book”104 Bedtime Interesting Moral stories for kids”.

The Literature Times: How you see Indian writing in the 21st century? What changes do you see in the modern way of writing? Do you feel it has been changed by the time?

Author: New Literary work created within last decade written by contemporary authors mainly deals with current issues, reflects a technological culture and breaks traditional writing rules.

The Literature Times: How easy/ difficult it was for you to publish your book? What message would you like to give to budding authors?

Being a writer is being tired for most of the time not physically but mentally. Even though it is mind challenging job, it is our interest to focus more in order to achieve social, personal and career benefits.
