I fixed my own problems first before helping anyone else Like everyone else during my 30s, my focus was only on my career & this went on till I was 50 years old. I hurt myself, put on excess weight & got out of shape, struggled with eating and body issues, or otherwise found myself in the weeds of illness, injury, and suffering. In fact, I had to quit my high-profile, high-paying job at age of 49 Initially, I thought most of them around me IN THEIR 50s looked the same & it is too late to do all the changes & disturb the current lifestyle I am adjusting to. But one day I decided. Enough is enough Indar. change before you have to change. 16 years back I started my weight loss journey & within 1st 6 months I lost 11+ Kgs of fat & 13 inches from waistline.

Today I am here 17 kg lighter & 14 inches slimmer, feel very healthy, fitter & much younger. The process of healing myself inspired me to help others. Now I invest my time and energy into helping to heal them too My wife is a homemaker My daughter works with CITI Bank, USA Son is in the film industry We are all following the 5 pillars of good health & body & living a table free life.

Author: I am simple Bcom Graduate. My first job, I started on 1 April 1076 with a chit fund compant for Rs 50 per month, & kept changing every 6-12 months for lil more salary.

In 1982 I landed on MSRTC(Maharastra Govt)  for a salary of rs 911 per month but no one tolerated me for 2 things, 1. I am Sindhi, 2nd for efficiency, for which I was punished n sent to IT processing dept to pick print outs & despatch to all the divisions. But this turned blessings in disguise for me. I learnt how to Operate ICL Main frame computer and in a years time luck was in front of me. I saw a advertisement in TOI from a worlds best MNC Bank, where I applied & I got this job (Computer Operator) in FEB 1985 with a salry of Rs 2,700 per month. From there I never looked back and just kept rising with support my Angel boss & in just 7-8 years I became “VP IT opertions”.  Its sthese 12-13 years I glued to the bank n focus only on my job & the Bank & compromised on heakth. When I quit my job on 2nd NOV 2004 my birthday (I got freedom), than my CTC was 43 Lakhs PA n my age was 49 years. That time I was over weight n lived on 27 tabets per day.

After quiting my job I had nothung else to do, but I kept trying my luck with couple of small business’ but failed with all three them & May 2007 I gave up & decided to live a retired life.

Started working on my health. Within 1st 6 months I lost 11+ Kgs of fat & 13 inches from waistline.

The Literature Times: How do you view Indian writing in the twenty-first century? What changes do you see in today’s writing style? Do you feel it has been changed by the time?

Author: Covid has thought good lesson to people. Future planning, Focus on health, utlise the time in learning. Some of them who lost their job (thanks to corporate world attitude – “money before people” they sacked people lke throwing old cloths) some of them actually changed their profession & I see many authors have sprung up.

The Literature Times: How simple/difficult was it for you to publish your book? What message do you want to send to aspiring authors?

Author: Its very simple. You just write your success journey which becomes a great content. Then you need a right publisher who are experts in this designing & publishing. I had my contents ready 6 months back but had no courage even to contact some publisher thinking they will laugh & ridicule me, but my daughter really encouraged me to do so. So one day I saw a post on Instagram from Astitva, contacted them on message that’s when I received a call from there and the book publishing journey started.
